Nothing compares to the taste of fresh, homemade pasta, especially after spending the time making it!
In this class we will explore the basic techniques for making pasta at home; using our hands and a hand operated pasta machine to create different types of pasta, from spaghetti and farfalle to ravioli and tortellini, adding flavors and colors to our dough and pairing them with simple and delicious sauces.
Each student will receive a detailed recipe booklet at the beginning of class.
