Deliciously filled dough pockets exist in every culture, from Italian ravioli and tortellini to Middle Eastern burekas and Latin empanadas. 

This class will focus on Chinese inspired dumplings and will take you on a trip to the different regions of China and north india exploring the various flavors and ingredients that are unique to each place.

You will learn the different methods to cook dumplings; fried, steamed or pan seared, as well as the secrets to a successful soup dumpling.

Each student will receive a detailed recipe booklet at the beginning of class.

$100 each (4 ppl minimum)
Class is 3.5 hours, ingredients are included.
