Chapulines

I'm eating grass hoppers. Yup, it's true. I'm eating grass hoppers and I like it...
Fried with chili, lime and garlic, sold by the tens in bags, out of a giant pile, there are big ones and small ones, and they vary only in crispiness (I can't believe in saying all this..)
These are a local snack and from what I hear its a specialty of the father of the family I'm staying with. Looking forward to some crispy love for Xmas!
